Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Account and Security

3.1 Player Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for all activities that take place under your account. This includes ensuring your password is kept secure and not shared with any third party.

3.2 Login Security

• Use a unique and strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols;
• Avoid using public devices or unprotected Wi-Fi networks to access your account;
• Log out of your account each time you finish using the platform;
• Report any unauthorised access to the payung99 support team immediately.

3.3 Identity Verification

A Know Your Customer (KYC) process may be required before your first withdrawal or when payung99 deems it necessary. Accepted documents include MyKad, passport and a recent bank statement.

Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM10. payung99 accepts deposits via the following methods:

4.2 Currency

4.3 Payment Security

payung99 only accepts deposits from payment methods registered in the player's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may result in account suspension and further investigation.

Withdrawals

5.1 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction. Withdrawals will be processed within 1 hour of the request being submitted, subject to any required security checks.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Game results are final and cannot be disputed except in cases of clear technical error.

7.2 Technical Errors

7.3 Prohibition of Cheating

payung99 reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms and conditions;
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering;
• Use of multiple accounts;
• Provision of false information during registration;
• Use of payment methods not belonging to the player.

Limitation of Liability

payung99 and its affiliated companies will not be liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from the use of the platform, including loss of profit, service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, or any financial decisions made by players based on information on this platform.

In cases where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, the maximum liability of payung99 is limited to the total amount deposited by the player in the thirty (30) days prior to the claim being made.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

payung99 reserves the right to change, amend or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect immediately upon being published on the website. It is the player's responsibility to review the terms and conditions regularly.
